We run a beautiful 26' Twin Vee Catamaran with twin 150 hp engines for our charters.  It offers a very stable, dry and SUPER smooth ride, even in choppy waters.  The boat, fuel & ice are included along with your Captain in the price of your charter.

· Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled cruise will receive a 100% refund.

· Cancellations made 24-72 hours before your scheduled cruise will receive a 50% refund.

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cruise will receive a 0% refund.

   +Booked customers also will have the option to re-schedule your outing to another available date and time in lieu of the cancellation fee

· If the Captain is forced to cancel for unforeseen circumstances – we will attempt to reschedule your adventure or provide a full refund.

     Cancellations must be received by email or phone  (910-746-2051)  Call/Text.

  · As long as the Capt. deems it is safe to go out, our Adventures are ON … rain or shine!

· Customers will receive a full refund or rebooking opportunity if the Capt. must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

· For weather-induced cancellations, we will 1st attempt to reschedule you to another day/time, provide a credit that is valid for a year, or if none of these are an option, we will provide a 100% refund.  Adventures cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds or dangerous lightning), will not be charged a cancellation fee and you will be refunded if you are unable to reschedule for a different time and date.

Kids of all ages are welcome on board a Rising Tides Adventure.

NC State law requires all children under the age of 13 wear a Life Jacket while we are underway.  We have several vest style jackets of varying sizes that are more comfortable for your little crew.  Please ensure you include their information during booking to ensure we have the proper sized jackets onboard for your adventure.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We carry  multiple large coolers for you to store your cold items onboard, NO NEED TO BRING A COOLER.  We will provide Ice and bottled water as well at no additional charge.  BYOB for customers that are over the age of 21.

Sure!  We love our Furry First Mates - we just ask that they be well behaved and kept under control for everyone's safety.  Please have plenty of fresh water and a bowl.  We usually have one on onboard (for our pup), but better safe than sorry.

Sometimes the wind is blowing through my thinning hair when we are out on the water and I’m unable to hear or answer a phone call.  If you have an emergency and are trying to reach us in regard to your Adventure, PLEASE SEND A TEXT TO: 910-746-2051. Please provide details with your name and charter details when texting us.
